Lesol is committed to delivering top-quality lighting solutions. Our products come with a warranty outlined below. All Lesol products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1, 2, or 3 years (as per agreed terms) from the date of original purchase under normal usage conditions. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, and when bought through an authorized Lesol retailer or reseller. For any warranty service, please contact the dealer where the product was purchased. Products requiring warranty repair must be sent to our Pune facility, accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from our customer service department.

Our Warranty Includes:

  • 1 to 3 years of coverage (as per agreed terms) for performance against technical specifications and normal usage.
  • High-quality components designed to work in harmony, ensuring superior performance.
  • Proven durability and ease of use.
  • Technical support during installation, available via phone or site visit as needed.
  • Repairs in the unlikely event of product failure.
  • Warranty starts from the purchase date.

Limited Warranty Details:

  • This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty coverage is valid only in the country/region where the product was purchased.
  • The warranty is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase with an invoice required as proof.
  • The warranty covers inspection and repair at our Pune factory during the warranty period.
  • The defective product must be delivered to the authorized dealer or reseller with an RMA and proof of purchase.
  • Repairs will be performed at our Pune facility. Faulty, unrepairable products or replaced parts will not be returned.

Repairs will be warranted for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
